Residency visa in Dubai and other Emirates of UAE

There are the following possibilities to receive the residency visa / permit in Dubai

1. As the company shareholder of the company in Dubai.

Please note that the UAE offshore company in Dubai and other Emirates does not provide the possibility to receive the residency visa under such company. Only the UAE onshore Free Zone Companies and UAE onshore non-Free Zone companies provide such possibility.

It takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks to finalize the whole procedure including the company incorporation as well as issuance of the residency permit.

Such residency visa is issued for the period of 2 to 3 years depending on the type of the company.

2. As the family member of the company shareholder.

Once you receive your residency visa as the company shareholder in Dubai or other Emirates we can proceed with the UAE residency visas for your family members.

It takes approximately 7 to 14 days to receive such residency visa / permit.

The residency visas with such status are issued for 2 or 3 years – depending on the visa type of the shareholder.

3. As the owner of the property.

If you own the residential property in Dubai worth at least 1 million AED it is possible to receive the residency visa in Dubai, UAE. Such residency visa is issued for the period of up to 2 years.

4. Under employment contract

whereby your employer would arrange all the necessary paperwork for you. It takes approximately 7 to 14 days to receive such residency permit.

Residency visa in Dubai, UAE not only provides the possibility to live and work in UAE, but also gives a number of other advantages, for example, if you receive the residency visa and you are the resident of UAE, you do not pay any personal income taxes in UAE as according to the applicable taxation laws and regulations.
