Send us along with the offshroe company order form the copies of the following documents:

  • colour passport copies of each shareholder.
  • colour passport copies of each director.
  • bank reference letter for each shareholder of the offshore company in Dubai.

COMMENTS ON BANK ACCOUNT OPENING

If you need to open bank account in Dubai for the offshore company, in such case it requires the personal visit to the UAE of the account signatory. It is sufficient to come to Dubai for one day only to sign all documents for registration of the offshore company and opening bank account. Prerequisite - we shall receive all copies of your documents in advance. To open the bank account in Dubai, depending on the bank, the bank may require additional documents. List of additional documents which may be required by the bank depends on the bank and the nature of the proposed activities of your new offshore company.
