Dubai Academic City

Academic district in Dubai or Dubai Academic City is a special area with special economic status. This project is implemented by the Government of the Emirate of Dubai starting from 2003 and reasons the creation of the world’s largest training center. The implementation of the project includes several stages, in particular:

Project-planning and respective infrastructure

According to the preliminary estimates, the total volume of investment in this project has exceeded 3.5 billion US dollars. It should be noted that the project is implemented successfully and as of today`s day the most part of the administrative buildings have been fully operational, moreover many international educational institutions are already fully functioning.

The project assumes that about 50 international schools and universities will be located on the territory of this special economic area, and the number of students can reach several tens of thousands. There are all facilities for learning, work and residence in convenient campuses for the students from Academic City and teaching staff.

By the type of building, the city district is represented by the high-rise buildings which are designed in a modern urban style. The district includes residential and commercial buildings, offices and educational premises and also residential apartments.

All the necessary environment is created for comfortable and safe living of the residents of the area. Shopping malls and shops, restaurants and cafes, gyms and swimming pools on the territory of residential buildings -all this will make the life in the Academic City of Dubai as comfortable as possible.
